L'Ape Giramondo makes some proposals to improve the relationship with nature:

Aims and objectives
Common aims of the projects:

• to awaken children to a culture of greater respect for and interest in the environment;
• to give pupils a way to study and understand the world around them;
• to motivate pupils, because direct observation is an effective way to analyse and understand reality;
• to get schools closer to nature and to live its every day reality.

Through working and playing in the environment, the pupils will understand its importance and will develop an appreciation and respect for it.
The knowledge of the children will be different depending on the programme chosen and all the proposals can be adapted to the programme done in the class.
